7.1 运用OSM + UJM 搭建指标体系
- OSM模型(Object-Strategy-Measure)
- 业务目标(Object):明确业务、产品或功能存在的目的,解决用户的哪些问题。
- 业务策略(Strategy):确定达成业务目标的策略。
- 业务度量(Measure):衡量策略是否有效,反映目标的达成情况。涉及KPI和Target,KPI衡量策略有效性,Target是预先给出的值,用来判断是否达到预期。
- UJM模型(User Journey Map)
- 用户旅程地图:梳理用户在产品中的生命旅程,校准业务目标与用户每个阶段的旅程是否吻合。
- 各阶段目标:为每个用户旅程阶段设置对应的目标。
- 产品接触点:寻找产品中与用户产生接触的点,发现产品的痛点和机会点。
